We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract from posting. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, posting locations? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Posting locations maybe considered metadata; but they are not required sections. Could be folded into short p or dropped. Probably drop them. We need to preserve all substantive information: role description, responsibilities list, required qualifications, desired qualifications, job expectations (schedule, licensing). Benefits? The posting mentions robust benefits, competitive compensation, programs for work-life balance, etc. That's in the intro before About this role. So we can include Benefits section with that content. Pay? Not specified; no specific salary. So we should NOT include Pay section because no concrete pay. Schedule? It mentions "Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph about role). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe desired qualifications?). Skills (maybe combine desired qualifications?). But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: we have introductory paragraph about role: "Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to play a pivotal role..." That's substantive. So include About the role. - Responsibilities: we have bullet list starting with "In this role you will:" with multiple items. So include Responsibilities. - Requirements: we have "Required Qualifications:" list. So include Requirements. - Qualifications: we have "Desired Qualifications:" list. Could be Qualifications section. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills from desired qualifications? But we could also treat desired qualifications as Skills. However we already have Qualifications for desired qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine desired qualifications into Qualifications and not have separate Skills. Or we could have Skills section for specific skills like "relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, collaboration, digital adoption, risk excellence". But those are already in responsibilities. Better to follow headings list but only include if real content. We could include Skills with bullet list of skills extracted: relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, collaboration, digital adoption, risk excellence, communication, empathy, etc. But that might be inventing? It's present in text. Could be okay. But we need to avoid filler. Let's see what we have for skills: The posting mentions "strong relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, and seamless collaboration with internal partners", "Champion digital adoption", "Demonstrate risk excellence", "communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, build credibility and trust". Those are skills. So we could create Skills section with those bullet points. Benefits: The intro before About this role mentions robust benefits, competitive compensation, programs for work-life balance and well-being, rewarded for investing in community, celebrated for being authentic self, empowered to grow, recognized top five LinkedIn Top Companies. That's benefits. So include Benefits. Pay: No specific salary; we should not include Pay. Schedule: we have "Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays". Also maybe mention schedule includes most Saturdays. So include Schedule. We must not include Job ID etc. Also remove posting locations, posting end date, etc. Also remove EEO etc. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

and content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's craft:

    Schedule

Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays.

We must ensure we didn't include Pay. Also we omitted licensing details beyond qualifications; they are included in Qualifications. Also we omitted job expectations about licensing etc. Those are covered in Qualifications (FINRA, insurance). Also we omitted mention of "Job Expectations: Ability to work a schedule that will include most Saturdays" we captured schedule. Also we omitted "This role requires FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents), and State Insurance license(s) which must be active or completed within a designated timeframe." That's in Qualifications. Also we omitted "For any FINRA qualification exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required." That's a detail; maybe we should include in Qualifications as a bullet. Also we omitted state-specific FINRA Series 65 requirement list. That's also a qualification detail. Should we include? It's substantive. We should preserve all substantive information. So we need to add those details. Also we omitted "Wyoming allows referral-only licensed bankers to receive the IAR registration without the Series 65/66." That's also a detail. Also we omitted "Requirements may change based on current state regulations." That's a note. Also we omitted "Obtaining and maintaining required FINRA licenses is necessary for continued employment." That's a note. Also we omitted "Wells Fargo will begin the FINRA review process once an offer is accepted." etc. Also we omitted "SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and Wells Fargo will initiate the process after your start date." Also we omitted "Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed (credit score not included) and additional ongoing screening may apply." Also we omitted "This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship." These are substantive and should be included somewhere. Perhaps under Qualifications or a separate section like "Licensing & Compliance". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add them under Qualifications as extra bullets. Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" but we already used that for required qualifications. Could add more bullets under Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include those details. Let's add to Qualifications bullets: - For any FINRA qualification exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required. - For the following states where hired, FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) examination will also be required within a specified period of time: AK, AL, CT,
