Senior Preconstruction Manager

Responsible for overseeing preconstruction activities to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency. Works closely with clients to define project scope and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preconstruction plans to ensure projects are feasible and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and manage budgets.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Oversee the coordination of design teams, construction managers, and other stakeholders to align project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in preconstruction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
