About the role
Responsible for overseeing preconstruction activities to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency. Works closely with clients to define project scope and manage budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preconstruction plans to ensure projects are feasible and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes and manage budgets.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Oversee the coordination of design teams, construction managers, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in preconstruction management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
