Responsibilities
- Accurately review drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
- Inform Preconstruction Director, Project Executive, and others of construction-related problems, completeness of information, and potential risks.
- Develop the construction schedule, staffing requirements, logistics plans, construction materials and methods, risk assessments, and cost estimates.
- Participate in the value engineering process.
- Aid in business development by supporting proposal presentations and building client relationships.
- Attend project interviews and presentations.
- Conduct preconstruction project meetings with clients, design teams, and Consigli project teams.
- Assist Purchasing and Estimating departments with evaluating and analyzing subcontractor proposals and preparing subcontracts.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience, project management experience, project supervision experience, or equivalent combination of experience.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
- Desirable working knowledge of Timberline Estimating, On-Screen Take-off, and Primavera scheduling software.
