Senior Precision Fabrication Welder

Core responsibilities

• Execute advanced layout, fit-up, and fabrication on complex assemblies.
• Set up and operate TIG and MIG across a wide range of materials.
• Deliver precision work on tubing, structural steel, and plate.
• Read complex drawings, prints, and symbols; resolve gaps via reverse engineering.
• Lead tack and weld sequences to manage shrinkage, distortion, and tolerance.
• Design and build fixtures, jigs, and custom tooling.
• Perform expert-level weld repairs and modifications.
• Handle prep, grinding, finishing, and final inspection.
• Partner with engineering on prototypes and continuous improvement.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on welding/fab equipment.

What you bring

• 8+ years in welding/fabrication (or equivalent expert capability).
• Mastery of TIG and MIG on steel and other metals.
• Exceptional blueprint/layout skills, including tolerancing and symbol fluency.
• Proven from-scratch fabrication: layout, forming, assembly.
• High mechanical aptitude and resourceful problem-solving.
• Thrives independently with minimal supervision at a senior level.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

Schedule and rewards

• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Thu), 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Fri).
