Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise opportunities from technical discovery through close
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Build and deliver compelling demos and sample GenAI applications showcasing Opik’s capabilities across:
- LLM evaluation
- Agent observability
- Trace and span analysis
- Regression testing
- Prompt and configuration management
- Production AI monitoring and governance
- Design and execute enterprise proof-of-concepts with measurable success criteria tied to customer business outcomes
- Help customers operationalize AI agents and GenAI applications in production environments
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handoffs into onboarding and post-sales deployment
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, product gaps, technical requirements, and competitive insights
- Build reusable demo assets, technical enablement content, and evaluation frameworks for the field organization
- Assist in developing standardized demo flows, technical messaging, and customer engagement best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, developer tooling, or observability platforms
- Experience working with AI/ML workflows, APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred
- Experience with Generative AI infrastructure or LLM tooling
- Experience supporting open-source GTM motions
- Familiarity with AI observability, evaluation, or production monitoring platforms
- Experience building AI demos, agent workflows, or prototype GenAI applications
