Senior Pre-Processor

SUMMARY

Eagle Title is seeking a Senior Title Processor with a proven track record of delivering clean, accurate closings. This role requires a high degree of independence, effective problem-solving, and adaptability to new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage residential title files from inception through closing, ensuring accuracy, urgency, and ownership.
• Independently handle high-volume and complex transactions, resolving issues without escalation.
• Ensure files are closing-ready on schedule, minimizing post-closing corrections.
• Exercise advanced judgment in reviewing legal and financial documentation, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Communicate proactively to prevent delays and manage expectations, de-escalating high-pressure situations professionally.
• Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced processors, sharing insights and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate task lists and updates, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
• Contribute to reduced escalations, improved cycle times, and overall team efficiency.

• Active notary preferred.
