Responsibilities
- Lead sophisticated discovery engagements, translate complex data into clear insights
- Deliver customized, actionable recommendations grounded in best-in-class wealth management and practice management standards
- Continuously improve practice outcomes
- Influence tangible business results, shape the evolution of consulting offerings, and help practices move from vision to execution
- Collaborate closely as a collaborative team player who partners effectively across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring every engagement aligns with firm priorities while delivering exceptional value to branch teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience required; 11–14 years preferred
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including business models, compensation structures, client service strategies, and financial planning
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen with the ability to turn strategy into actionable recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Prior experience supporting practice growth, organizational design, operational efficiency, or succession planning
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, drive change, and communicate complex concepts in a clear and impactful manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of discretion, judgment, professionalism, and flexibility to travel as needed
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of practice management standards, team design, client service models, branch operations, and market dynamics
- Strong facilitation and consulting skills, including leading workshops or discovery sessions

Schedule
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
