About the Role

The Senior Practice Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while maintaining high standards of patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles.

Scope includes managing the number of providers, direct and indirect reports, departments/locations, and additional leader-specific responsibilities outside the standard scope.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.
  • Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 5 years of healthcare or supervisor experience (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
