Senior PR Associate

SideCar PR is a full-service communications firm specializing in commercial real estate, community building and placemaking. Our clients are the developers, architects, designers, builders, and influencers who are elevating communities across the U.S. through their work in the built environment.We provide high-level communications support and expertise that drives results for our clients and their bottom line locally, regionally, and nationally.We’re searching for a mid-level PR professional to fill a senior associate role. This position has a strong focus on media outreach and content production across multiple channels. We’re looking for someone who knows how to quickly synthesize complex information to get to the heart of a story and produce quality work. The ideal candidate is self-starting, highly motivated, and deadline driven. This position also offers significant opportunity for growth. You will:Collaborate with the team to create high-quality original content (press releases, bylined articles, website copy, social media posts, pitches, award submissions, newsletters and other collateral) for a variety of clients in the commercial real estate spaceSupport multiple accounts at any given time and help with day-to-day client and media inquiriesUtilize media relationships to secure coverage and identify opportunities to enhance client visibilitySecure, monitor and maintain comprehensive client media coverageEstablish proficiency in client voices and tonesAdapt content for multiple communication channels and various audiencesDevelop new media relationships and build media lists as necessaryCoordinate thoughtful media events, inclusive of all logistics, vendor outreach and planningWork with excellent attention to detail, taking pride in client successStay on top of industry trends, client competitors and related media coverageBuild detailed project reports with client media coverage, social media statistics and other KPIsLead through your professionalism, problem-solver attitude and stellar personalityEnjoy our wear many hats culture and fast-paced working environmentLead by example and work well within a highly collaborative environment We’d like for you to have:5+ years of full-time PR experience (agency experience preferred)Proven track record of creatively developing content for multiple clients, programs and communication channelsNear-perfect communication skills, both written and verbalSerious familiarity with the AP StylebookStrong problem-solving skills and motivation to thrive in a deadline-driven environmentGrowth mindset, someone interested in constantly learning and sharing knowledge with others We’ll include:A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per yearOn-site garage parking or transportation coverageComprehensive health, vision, and dental insuranceProfessional development and team enrichmentPaid time off including 9 paid holidays, 15 days paid time off, plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s DayHybrid work weekSideCar PR works remotely three Mondays out of the month and every FridayA spacious and vibrant office environment in the heart of Uptown DenverA flexible and trusting work culture SideCar Values:At SideCar PR, we’re firm believers that shared values can positively impact our culture and work product.
