Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
