Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex Canvas Apps, owning the solution architecture from data layer through user experience.
- Drive UI/UX design for applications, information architecture, intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, accessibility, and consistent, on-brand component patterns that prioritize end-user adoption.
- Develop and orchestrate business process automation using Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, HTTP/connector integrations).
- Arcitect SharePoint Online solutions including lists, libraries, permissions, and site structures to support application data and content needs.
- Write, test, and optimize PowerFx with attention to delegation, performance, and data source limits.
- Establish and champion development standards, reusable patterns, and ALM practices (solution packaging, environment strategy, source control).
- Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders, translate ambiguous business needs into technical designs, and deliver iteratively.
- Test, debug, and maintain existing applications, including troubleshooting connector, authentication, and data issues.
- Document solutions, configurations, and handoff materials for internal teams.
- (AI scope) Work with an existing AI bot to analyze responses, craft and refine prompts, and integrate AI-assisted capabilities into Power Platform apps and flows.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience; Advanced proficiency with Power Automate and PowerFx, including performance and delegation optimization.
- Demonstrated UI/UX sensibility, designing clean, intuitive, accessible interfaces and reusable component patterns.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online administration and information architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and lead in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- With prompt engineering and analyzing AI-generated responses for accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID.
- Power BI reporting and data modeling experience.
- JavaScript/jQuery for client-side customizations, and PnP PowerShell for SharePoint administration.
- Experience working in an Agile / SAFe delivery environment (e.g., Jira).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400).
