Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate healthcare borrowers across various subsectors (pharma, insurance, hospitals, medical equipment, home health).
- Meet with clients and participate in business development calls.
- Assess prospective client's viability for credit.
- Define borrowers and guarantors, deal structure, credit terms and conditions, and financial covenants.
- Generate commitment letters.
- Perform final risk rating analysis.
- Capture and document credit decisions, conditions, and modifications.
- Collaborate with the Credit Analyst to perform portfolio management duties.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding credit events and actions as needed.
- Pitch the most complex deal structures.
- Provide insights into the Bank's different lines of business and the related economics.
- Mentor more junior PMs and Credit Analysts.
- Provide timely, candid and constructive performance feedback to employees.
- Develop employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities for career growth.
- Ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning.
- Recognize and reward employees for accomplishments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
- At least 8 years credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking that includes expertise in the Healthcare sector.
- Experience with nCino is a plus.
- Highly proficient analytical skills, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Professional presence (client-facing).
- Ability to manage an advanced commercial client portfolio with complexity.
- Experience partnering with all deal stakeholders including clients, relationship managers, and credit teams.
- Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving.
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new applications.

Pay
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education, and geographic location.
Schedule
Normal office hours with some travel required.
