Senior Portfolio Accountant

About the role

LaSalle Investment Management is currently seeking a Senior Portfolio Accountant. This individual will serve in a supporting role to help manage a significant portion of the accounting and reporting process for several real estate investment portfolios reporting under Fair Value GAAP. This individual will report to the Portfolio Controller.

Location: On-site – Chicago, IL. Opening Type: Replacement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the quarterly, and annual accounting closes
• Post journal entries and complete bank reconciliations
• Complete quarterly financial analysis and review quarterly financial statements provided by co-investment managers
• Prepare financial statements and related footnotes
