Senior PMO Manager - Intelligent Utility Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers in delivering municipal technology projects
• Establish standardized project management methodologies and governance
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scopes, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as escalation point for project risks and customer issues
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and oversee performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project communication
• Identify opportunities for PMO growth and overall efficiency improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, including team leadership
• Experience in delivering complex projects in utilities, infrastructure, or technology
• Strong understanding of contracts and subcontractor performance
• Prioritize and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills for customer and team engagement
• Commitment to safety leadership in project execution
