Senior Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Life Sciences Project Manager / Estimator capable of leading complex projects from preconstruction through final delivery. This individual will play a key leadership role in estimating, planning, execution, and financial management of large-scale plumbing construction projects while serving as a trusted partner to clients, construction managers, field leadership, and internal operations teams.

Desired Background

• 10+ years of commercial plumbing project management and estimating experience
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences projects
• Strong understanding of complex plumbing systems and construction sequencing
• Prioritization of team leadership, client expectations, and project outcomes
• Experience operating in technically sophisticated and schedule-driven construction environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Work Environment & Expectations

Full-time, 100% on-site position Based out of Norwell, MA with occasional travel to local jobsites Fast-paced, schedule-driven environment requiring accountability, communication, and follow-through
