Senior Plumbing Designer - BIM & Healthcare Systems

About the Role

Design plumbing systems for large commercial and healthcare projects, prepare construction documents, conduct code research, and lead BIM modeling using Revit or AutoCAD under PE supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for plumbing systems on large-scale projects
• Prepare and review construction documents
• Conduct code research and ensure compliance with IPC 2021, NFPA 99, and state healthcare regulations
• Perform BIM modeling using Revit or AutoCAD under PE supervision
• Collaborate closely with project teams and perform site surveys
• Support project execution through detailed documentation and team coordination

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in BIM modeling software (Revit or AutoCAD)
• Willingness to travel 10–25%
