Senior Platform Software Engineer-Agentic AI Project

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions
• Mentor and guide teams in software development
• Leverage expertise in system architecture, cloud technologies, and software design to drive innovation and ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Define best practices, establish coding standards, and troubleshoot complex challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of total experience in software development
• Demonstrated ability to write great code using Java, GoLang, C#, or similar OO languages
• Knowledge at developing software with Agentic AI
• Proven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Experience working on large-scale, highly distributed services infrastructure
• Experience working in an operational environment with mission-critical tier-one livesite servicing
• Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive

Pay

Hiring Range in USD: $92,500 - $209,500 per year.
