The role
We are seeking a Senior Platform Site Reliability Engineer with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code and hybrid cloud environments. In this role, you will not only design and operate robust platforms for our SaaS offerings but also lead initiatives that shape our infrastructure strategy.

What we are looking for
- Architect, build, and evolve our hybrid cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security
- Lead the automation and hardening of environments using modern DevOps practices
- Own the development and operation of our platform, ensuring high availability and performance
- Drive improvements in operational processes and incident response
- Design and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems that focus on symptoms, not just outages
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across the entire stack and guide root cause analysis
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement
