What You'll Do
- Design & Build: Develop robust backend services and enterprise integration patterns that scale seamlessly to support high-throughput, mission-critical systems.
- Own the Infrastructure: Actively shape and interact with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), bringing a comprehensive DevOps mindset to the software delivery pipeline.
- Architect Event-Driven Ecosystems: Build and optimize highly available asynchronous architectures using messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner directly with Product and Design teams to ensure technical implementation perfectly aligns with long-term business vision.
What We Are Looking For
- Deep Backend Expertise: Advanced, production-tested mastery of Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- PRACTICAL Cloud Engineering: Hands-on experience architecting and troubleshooting workloads directly within AWS or GCP. We are looking for specific, practical use cases where you owned the setup and optimization—not just projects hosted on someone else’s infrastructure.
- Distributed & Event-Driven Systems: Proven track record of designing event-driven systems (e.g., using Kafka, RabbitMQ) and navigating complex enterprise integration patterns.
- DevOps Muscle: A holistic engineering approach with zero fear of touching or automating infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) is a strong nice-to-have.
- Proven Scaling Experience: Practical history of scaling large-scale software systems through intense traffic and data growth.
- Engineering DNA: Exceptional proactivity, raw curiosity, and a natural drive to stay on the bleeding edge of modern technology trends.
- Big Pluses: Active Open Source contributions to projects related to Java/Spring ecosystems, cloud-native tooling, or distributed messaging frameworks.
- Familiarity with Frontend ecosystems (JavaScript and React).
