What You’ll Do
- Build and refine core infrastructure
- Create safe, reliable, scalable, speedy, and secure paths for software and systems to reach production
- Own the tooling that engineers use to build, test, and deploy code
- Standardize pipelines, templates, guard rails, and golden paths to accelerate developer velocity
- Introduce and improve internal tooling that reduces operational overhead
- Streamline observability, monitoring, and operations
- Strengthen infrastructure security
- Implement best practices for secrets management, IAM, network security, vulnerability scanning, and container security
- Build automated checks and secure-by-default workflows into CI/CD and cloud environments
- Help establish the compliance and security practices that ensure ReflexAI meets industry and customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and platform engineering roles
- Deep hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) as well as Terraform and Terragrunt, CloudRun, Fargate, and managed Kubernetes
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, guard rails, and golden paths for modern application stacks
- Proficiency in modern observability ecosystems (Datadog experience is a major plus)
- Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, container security, and network architecture
- Experience with and excitement about AI-driven development
Nice to have
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Backend-related coding experience, primarily with Typescript
- Background supporting machine learning, LLM serving, or data-intensive workloads
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, HITRUST) and knowledge of how this impacts infrastructure, reliability, and platform work
- Prior experience building internal developer platforms or paved-path tooling
