Senior Platform Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Platform Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the technical direction for contact center modernization and the architecture of customer service solutions at scale. The successful candidate will partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and pre-sales functions to design secure, reliable, and forward-looking platform strategies. This position blends deep systems architecture expertise with customer-facing solution leadership and governance oversight. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually Responsibilities Architect and optimize complex contact center solutions using AWS and CRM platforms Define long-term technical strategy for contact center modernization Lead technical teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to align on solutions Drive innovation by staying current on emerging trends in contact center technology Establish governance and compliance frameworks for customer service solutions Support pre-sales initiatives, including solution demonstrations and proofs of concept Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, including at least 5 years in contact center technologies Strong proficiency with AWS services and CRM platforms, particularly Amazon Connect and related contact center tools Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical skills with a history of innovative problem-solving Benefits Comprehensive health insurance plans Retirement savings plans with employer contributions Professional development opportunities and training Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Employee assistance programs and wellness resources Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
