Senior Planner, Sub-Contracting, L'Oreal Operations

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to establish a realistic short- and long-term plan considering demand and all constraints.
• Understand and challenge issues to get to root cause.
• Support contract manufacturer in supply chain business needs: inventory management, supply chain mapping, production mapping, commitments, delivering commitments while meeting internal key production indicators, strategic performance reviews, and agility goals.
• Manage catalog of open stock SKUs and multiple contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Develop strong relationships with Contract Manufacturer(s) and formalize working processes.
• Monitor key indicators such as achievement and adherence, service, financials, plan stability.
• Monitor supply performance.
• Participate in production plan validation.
• Analyze and send monthly production plan to Contract Manufacturer(s) including POs.
• Track and resolve bottlenecks to ensure monthly production plan execution on time and achieve adherence targets.
• Anticipate and inform on supply issues; build action plans to mitigate and work on medium-term capacity planning strategy with Contract Manufacturer(s).
