About the role

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and stabilizing the master production schedule to ensure optimal service levels, efficient capacity utilization, and alignment with customer demand. Drives end-to-end production planning across internal operations and external suppliers while balancing inventory, throughput, and operational constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and improve information flow and ensure deliveries in the right time, to the right place, in the right quantity and quality and in the right condition.
  • Create demands and/or production schedules for internal or external suppliers out of internal or external customer demands.
  • Perform assigned product launch activities in cooperation with internal and/or external suppliers or customers.
  • Perform assigned activities in accordance with lean production principles and aim towards a total cost optimum.
  • Develop, monitor, analyze, and/or improve KPIs for assigned logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3+ years of experience in materials planning and/or customer planning in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good written and oral communication (e.g. presentations).
  • Two (2) years of experience in Automotive Industry preferred.

Qualifications

Your profile as a Senior Planner/Scheduler:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3+ years of experience in materials planning and/or customer planning in manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good written and oral communication (e.g. presentations).
