The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - "About Us" section: describes 4LEAF, Inc. - this could be "About the role" or "About the company" but the rule says use

for section headings like "About the role". The posting has "About Us" and "Job Description". I think "About the role" could cover the job description paragraph. - "Job Description" paragraph: "The Senior Planner will lead and support CEQA review and environmental planning assignments for public agency clients. The role will also contribute to current and long-range planning projects, creating opportunities to support a range of municipal needs." This is prose about the role. - "Responsibilities" list: 8 bullet points. - "Requirements" heading, then "Qualifications:" and a list of qualifications. The heading "Requirements" is used, but the content is qualifications. I should use "Requirements" or "Qualifications" as heading. The rule says use

for section headings like "Requirements, Qualifications". I'll use "Requirements" since that's the heading in the posting. - "Benefits" list: 8 items. - "Schedule" details: "Full-Time, Monday to Friday Hybrid in Greater Sacramento area Salaried Position" - Pay information: "4LEAF, Inc. anticipates paying between $86,000 and $105,200 annually for this position, commensurate with experience and depending upon the location at which the individual is hired to work." Also "Compensation details: 86000-105200 Yearly Salary". This is real pay info, so include a Pay section. - There's a Job ID: "PI2613bfd60134-25448-41940703" - this is minor metadata, fold into a short

or drop it. I'll drop it. - EEO statement: "4LEAF, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer." - this is boilerplate, remove. - Website link: "For more firm information, please visit www.4leafinc.com." - could be kept as a brief note, but it's not core job info. Might drop or include in a brief about company. - The "About Us" section is about the company. Could be included as "About the company" but the rule says headings like "About the role". I think I'll include a brief "About the company" section with the About Us paragraph. But the rule: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't list "About the company". However, the posting has "About Us". I could use "About the role" for the job description paragraph, and maybe include the company description there or as a separate section. Since the rule says "About the role" as example, I'll use "About the role" for the job description paragraph. The company description could be a brief paragraph before sections, but the output should be HTML fragment with sections. I'll include a section "About the role" with the job description paragraph, and maybe a brief company description as a paragraph before that? But the rule says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Senior Planner". The posting doesn't show the title in the provided text? Actually the user didn't provide the title separately; the description starts with "Description About Us:". The job title might be "Senior Planner" from the job description. I should not include a heading for the job title. I'll structure: -

    Schedule

I should also include the company description? The posting has "About Us" paragraph. Could be included as a brief intro paragraph before sections, but the rule says output only HTML fragment with sections. I could add a section "About the company" but not in the example list. However, the rule says "e.g." meaning examples, not exhaustive. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company description is substantive. I'll include it as a section "About the company" with the paragraph. But the rule: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid other headings. I'll include "About the company" as a heading. Alternatively, I could fold the company description into the "About the role" section as a preceding paragraph. But the "About the role" heading is for the role description. The company description is separate. I'll create a section "About the company" with the About Us paragraph. Now, the Requirements section: The posting has "Requirements" heading then "Qualifications:" and a list. I'll use "Requirements" as heading and list the qualifications. The list items: - Bachelor’s degree in urban or regional planning, environmental planning, environmental studies, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. - Five or more years of progressively responsible planning experience, including hands-on CEQA project work. - Experience preparing or managing CEQA documents such as Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, or Environmental Impact Reports. - Strong knowledge of CEQA and California land use planning practices. - Excellent technical writing, project management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively with public agencies, clients, consultants, and community members. - AICP certification is preferred. - Current and long-range planning experience is preferred. - Ability to travel to client jurisdictions in California as assignments require. That's 9 items. Benefits list: 8 items. Schedule: three pieces: Full-Time, Monday to Friday; Hybrid in Greater Sacramento area; Salaried Position. I'll combine into a paragraph. Pay: include the salary range. Now, remove boilerplate: EEO statement, website link, Job ID. Now, produce HTML fragment. I'll write:
