We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health, the largest rural health system..." etc. Also remove location address? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location and shift info in a short

maybe under About the role? Or we can include a short paragraph with facility, location, shift, schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information: job summary, what you will do (list), equipment details, qualifications, benefits, etc. We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role: could include facility, location, shift, schedule, job summary. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do:" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe qualifications? But we have Qualifications section repeated. Could combine. - Skills: maybe equipment/software familiarity? Could be considered skills. - Benefits: given. - Pay: Salary Range given. - Schedule: Shift and weekly hours given. We need to avoid sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't create sections with no content. Let's extract content. Potential sections: - About the role: include facility, location, shift, schedule, job summary, maybe sign-on bonus. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do:" list. - Requirements: maybe combine qualifications and experience? But we have Qualifications heading already. Could use "Qualifications" for education/certification, and "Requirements" for experience? However instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. We have qualifications (education, certification). Also we have experience requirement: "Three years’ experience working in diagnostic radiology/nuclear medicine department responsible for equipment testing and quality control/quality assurance required." That's a requirement. We also have "Board certified required." That's qualification. We could put experience under Requirements, education/certification under Qualifications. Skills: maybe equipment/software familiarity? Could be considered Skills. Pay: Salary Range. Schedule: Shift and weekly hours. Benefits: as given. Let's extract specifics for each.
