About the role
Responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using standardized tests and clinical judgment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions such as exercises, modalities, and patient education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
