About the role

Responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using standardized tests and clinical judgment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions such as exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
