About the role
Join our Corporate Security team as a Senior Physical Security Technician. In this hands-on role, you will design, install, maintain, and repair technology-based security systems, including access control, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, closed circuit television systems, cameras, recording devices, and related security platforms. You will serve as a trusted technical resource, partnering with departments, vendors, operators, management, company owners, and their families to support safe and reliable security operations.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting systems, managing preventative maintenance, supporting project planning and execution, and ensuring security technology remains current and effective. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, balancing daily priorities with project work, and taking ownership of tasks that directly contribute to the safety and security of our people and assets.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, maintain, and repair security systems, including access control, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, cameras, and recording devices.
- Serve as a technical resource for Corporate Security, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, management, and company owners.
- Troubleshoot security systems and manage preventative maintenance.
- Support project planning and execution to ensure security technology remains effective.
Requirements
- High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate.
- 5+ years of experience installing and repairing alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company owners and their families.
- Ability to stand for at least 12 hours per day with minimal breaks.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds up and down a ladder.
- Willingness to work outside year-round for at least 12 hours per day with minimal breaks.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company-owned vehicle safely.
- Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and executing simple instructions and correspondence.
- Travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events (may be in addition to other travel requirements).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Qualifications
An Associate’s degree, college-level coursework, or trade school coursework is preferred.
Pay
Competitive salary range: $30.38 - $41.02 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participation in tasting room tip pools, where applicable.

This is an onsite, full-time position based in the location specified in the job posting. No telecommuting option is available. Candidates must live within a commutable distance.
