Senior Photovoltaics Solution Manager (Digital Power)

Job Summary

Participate in high level meetings and convey the value and advantages of Huawei smart PV solutions, including but not limited to universities, certification bodies, standard development organization, grid operator, regulator and PV association.

Develop and execute high-level strategies for the Digital Power business (solar, energy storage, data center energy, and smart energy solutions), ensuring alignment with both local markets needs and global objectives.

Identify and cultivate new customer groups, solution opportunities, and ecosystem partners, contributing to the expansion of Huawei’s Digital Power footprint.

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Solution team, creating a collaborative, accountable, and execution-driven culture.

Champion innovation and sustainable energy development, enabling Huawei’s leadership role in the local Digital Power industry.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
