Senior Photo Retoucher

Our luxury furniture client is looking for a Senior Photo Retoucher to support their team for about 6 weeks, 40 hours/week, onsite in Corte Madera, CA! Potential to extend based on budget and performance.Key Responsibilities: - Perform advanced photo retouching on luxury furniture and lifestyle imagery for website launch. - Execute high-end color correction, image compositing, masking, and cleanup while preserving natural product details. - Ensure accurate representation of materials, textures, finishes, fabrics, woods, metals, and other furniture surfaces. - Adjust and enhance natural lighting, shadows, highlights, and reflections to create polished, realistic imagery. - Crop, scale, and optimize images for various web and e-commerce requirements. - Prepare and export production-ready assets according to digital specifications and brand standards. - Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, producers, and marketing teams to achieve a cohesive visual aesthetic. - Maintain consistency across large image libraries and multiple product categories. - Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all assets meet luxury brand expectations.Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably with luxury, furniture, interiors, home decor, or lifestyle - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. - Strong understanding of non-destructive retouching techniques, advanced masking, compositing, frequency separation, and color management. - Deep knowledge of natural lighting, shadow behavior, reflections, and realistic image enhancement. - Experience preparing and optimizing imagery for web and e-commerce platforms. - Strong understanding of image resolution, file formats, color profiles, and digital asset production workflows. - Proven ability to maintain consistency across high volumes of assets while meeting tight deadlines. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
