Senior Philanthropic Advisor
About the role
Serves as a dedicated Philanthropic Advisor for selected high net worth and ultra-high net worth organization / individual / family relationships within a particular market or region. Works closely with other senior members of the relationship team to meet all of client’s philanthropic planning, wealth planning, estate planning and wealth transfer needs. Responsible for developing new and expanding current wealth management relationships, with focus on private foundations, endowments, planned giving programs, and other charitable entities.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with other senior members of the relationship team to meet all of client’s philanthropic planning, wealth planning, estate planning and wealth transfer needs.
- Develops new and expands current wealth management relationships, with focus on private foundations, endowments, planned giving programs, and other charitable entities.
- Provides expertise in philanthropic, fiduciary, tax and estate planning disciplines.
- Drafts or reviews charitable, estate, business or other planning documents for clients with net worth exceeding $10 million.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of functional experience (recent consulting, accounting or legal experience with a major law or accounting firm or corporate fiduciary or nonprofit organization)
Qualifications
- Professional designation that may include, but is not limited to: JD, MBA, CPA, CTFA, CFP, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), Certified
Skills
- Broad knowledge of the philanthropic, fiduciary, tax and estate planning disciplines
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep tact, diplomacy and people skills

Pay
$134,280.00 - 164,120.00
