Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, streamlining the manufacturer assistance process or enrolling in international shipping, ensuring a seamless transition over to our pharmacy programs.
- Provide assistance to pharmacy advocate staff and patients to complete and submit all necessary forms and program applications.
- Complete and submit all necessary forms in a timely manner; track and follow up on status of applications.
- Frequently work in Excel spreadsheets to create and analyze enrollment, use and revenue tracking.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and third party representatives.
- Maintain frequent phone contact with provider representatives, third party customer service representatives, and pharmacy staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Pharmacy tech preferred or experience in a retail pharmacy or health care field.
