Senior Pharmacist - Drug Procurement
Job Summary
The Senior Pharmacist at Sanford Health applies advanced knowledge and experience within the pharmacy discipline, often working in ambiguous situations. They lead enterprise medication supply and procurement initiatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve medication stewardship, supply resilience, and procurement performance. This position works collaboratively with pharmacy leadership, supply chain, and pharmacy buyers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Two years of experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions
- Knowledge of state and local regulations
- Licenses must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position

About the Role
This position serves as a project leader, a resource for leadership and staff, and a mentor to others in respective clinical areas. They also lead in resolving day-to-day technical and/or procedural challenges.
Skills
Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in pharmaceutical practices and regulatory compliance is required.

$61.00 - $100.50 weekly
