Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive procurement of materials and services in support of business requirements
- Procurement activities, including RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement, monitoring deliveries and services, along with monitoring supplier performance
- Support the procurement strategy through aligning data, analytics, data visualization, and reporting
- Manage supplier communication
- Work with Technical and Functional teams on requirements, need dates, and support projects and business goals, and milestones
- Ensure that the suppliers acknowledge purchase orders, confirm delivery accurately within quoted lead-times, and coordinate past due delivery with the supplier
- Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment under agreed terms
- Lead deployment and implementation of new procurement initiatives and systemic continuous improvements
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet

- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of leadership

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $92,000 – $116,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
