About the role
The Senior Personal Banking Advisor plays a key role in providing comprehensive banking services to clients, managing branch operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Aid clients with account services and cross-sell products.
- Handle contract forms, collect deposits, and manage ATM settlements.
- Open/close branches, monitor security, and assist with audits.
- Manage dual control logs, supervise tellers, and resolve client issues.
- Represent the bank in community activities and attend educational seminars.
- Support the Personal Banking Manager with supervisory tasks.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with electronic banking channels.
- Notary Public certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
