Your Role

Own performance: Take end-to-end ownership of battery performance for a portfolio of grid-scale BESS customers on our Predictive Battery Analytics Platform.

Turn insight into action: Interpret analytics results, identify what matters, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for customers.

Deliver business value: Understand each customer's business case and ensure our insights deliver real value to their business model.

Customer interface: Act as the trusted, customer-facing technical expert, presenting results and shaping customers' operational decisions.

European bridge: Act as the main interface between US customers and ACCURE's European Performance Engineering and technical teams.

Shape the roadmap: Help shape the product roadmap by working closely with our engineering and analytics teams and feeding back field learnings.

Your Skills

  • Battery expertise: Solid understanding of lithium-ion battery behavior, degradation, and safety in grid storage (BESS) applications.
  • Analytics interpretation: Ability to interpret analytics results and translate them into clear business impact for customers.
  • Commercial acumen: Ability to understand customer business cases and connect technical findings to business outcomes.
  • Diagnostics mindset: Proven ability to investigate complex technical problems and communicate root cause clearly.

Experience

  • 5+ years in energy storage or a related technical role; experience in the BESS industry highly preferred.

Communication

Confident, customer-facing communicator who presents technical findings clearly to customers and cross-functional stakeholders in English.

Location

You're based in the US (West Coast or Central preferred) and have a valid work permit.
