Our Neoverse cores & interconnect are leading a technology disruption! We need a Senior Performance & Power bring up engineer to work with our internal design teams and engage with external partners to enable and support Arm Infrastructure hardware & software ecosystem.

About the role

As a Senior Performance & Power bring up engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with internal design teams to ensure high-performance and power-efficient designs
• Engaging with external partners to validate and optimize Arm Infrastructure hardware and software ecosystem
• Supporting the bring-up process for new Neoverse cores and interconnects
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of performance and power models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance and power engineering
• Experience with ARM architecture and related technologies
• Strong understanding of system-level design and optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality performance and power results
• Experience with performance and power modeling tools
• Knowledge of industry-standard performance and power metrics
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl
• Experience with simulation and modeling tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
