Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Design, implement, document, continuously improve, and test Workday processes and procedures
- Collate and manage a list of change/enhancement requests and ensure the delivered technology solution meets the needs of the business
- Aid in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Global People System
- Support People Team initiatives and proactively apprise them of relevant implications of organizational changes
- Work closely with our Global Information Governance Leader to ensure the technical solutions remain compliant and meet local data processing laws
- Own and drive HR Technology related projects comprising internal and external team members
- Manage the project life cycle of global projects from initiation to delivery and post implementation support
- Actively participate in Workday Community to understand new functionality and best practice solutions

- Ability to write and prepare reports as needed
- Understands the dynamics of human negotiation among conflicting interest groups and how to achieve mutual agreements
- Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data is limited
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to problem solve and drive solutions to complex requirements
- Experience Managing and Supporting a complex HRIS environment (Workday)
- Experience working within a complex multinational matrix organization is a plus

- Work Environment: This is an office position
- Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs
- Travel: Less than 25%
