Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Design, implement, document, continuously improve, and test Workday processes and procedures
  • Collate and manage a list of change/enhancement requests and ensure the delivered technology solution meets the needs of the business
  • Aid in the implementation and continuous improvement of our Global People System
  • Support People Team initiatives and proactively apprise them of relevant implications of organizational changes
  • Work closely with our Global Information Governance Leader to ensure the technical solutions remain compliant and meet local data processing laws
  • Own and drive HR Technology related projects comprising internal and external team members
  • Manage the project life cycle of global projects from initiation to delivery and post implementation support
  • Actively participate in Workday Community to understand new functionality and best practice solutions

  • Ability to carry out clear instructions to continually raise the standards of processes across our global team
  • Ability to write and prepare reports as needed
  • Understands the dynamics of human negotiation among conflicting interest groups and how to achieve mutual agreements
  • Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even when data is limited
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to problem solve and drive solutions to complex requirements
  • Experience Managing and Supporting a complex HRIS environment (Workday)
  • Experience working within a complex multinational matrix organization is a plus

  • Work Environment: This is an office position
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs
  • Travel: Less than 25%
