About the role
We're seeking a Senior People & Talent Partner to join our global People team and serve as a key People presence in Boston. Reporting to the VP People, you'll partner closely with leaders and managers across the US and Israel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with US managers on organizational design, hiring, performance, employee relations, and building high-performing teams.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles, with a focus on attracting and closing exceptional, values-aligned talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, build structured scorecards, create sourcing strategies, run effective interview processes.
- Use recruiting data to identify funnel bottlenecks, improve decision quality, and create a strong and consistent candidate experience.
- Design and lead impactful People programs, including onboarding, manager enablement, performance and development, and engagement-survey action planning.
- Ensure smooth and compliant US People operations across HRIS data, benefits, leave management, payroll coordination, and the employee lifecycle.
- Build an AI-native People function by identifying, implementing, and measuring AI and automation opportunities across HR and recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across People Partner and Talent Acquisition roles in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, including hands-on ownership of both manager partnership and full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven success hiring GTM talent in the US, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Engineering roles.
- Practical knowledge of US employment practices, multi-state compliance, benefits, leave management, and employee-lifecycle operations.
- Strong interest in AI and automation, with the ability to identify practical use cases, test solutions, and measure their impact.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across functions, geographies, and time zones.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage strategic and operational workstreams simultaneously.
- Based in the Boston area and able to work from our Boston office two to three days per week.
- Advantage: Experience supporting globally distributed teams or working in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tools.
