Senior People Systems Analyst

The mining industry faces significant challenges in discovering new ore deposits, requiring significantly more capital investment compared to 30 years ago. KoBold is a leading exploration technology developer that uses AI models and novel sensors to guide decision-making in exploration programs. Since its founding, KoBold has grown into the largest independent exploration company and the largest exploration technology developer, known for making discoveries with less capital than the industry average.

Responsibilities

• Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
• Thoughtfully architect HR data across all places where it exists
• Manage the administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday
• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT
• Serve as our employee's point of contact for HR systems questions
• Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions
• Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data outside of our HR systems
• Contribute to the entry and management of employee data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the role described
• Easily configures Workday and other HR systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent data analysis tools
• Expertise in using AI and automation to streamline HR processes
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and apply best practices while innovating
• Passionate about mineral exploration, especially in the geology domain
• Willingness to travel for work

Benefits

KoBold offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $90,000 - $160,000, equity, and benefits such as 401(k) matching. This is a full-time exempt position based in the United States or Canada.
