Responsibilities
- Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
- Thoughtfully architect HR data across all places where it exists
- Manage the administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday
- Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT
- Serve as our employee's point of contact for HR systems questions
- Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions
- Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data outside of our HR systems
- Contribute to the entry and management of employee data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the role described
- Easily configures Workday and other HR systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent data analysis tools
- Expertise in using AI and automation to streamline HR processes
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and apply best practices while innovating
- Passionate about mineral exploration, especially in the geology domain
- Willingness to travel for work
Benefits
KoBold offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $90,000 - $160,000, equity, and benefits such as 401(k) matching. This is a full-time exempt position based in the United States or Canada.
