This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly scaling global Marketing organization. You’ll work directly with ambitious leaders, influence critical business decisions, and play a meaningful role in how the company evolves as we continue to grow globally.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders on organizational effectiveness, organizational health, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategy
- Partner closely with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, feedback, and development planning
- Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence business decisions
- Develop innovative and pragmatic people solutions to address organizational challenges, unlock team performance, and support evolving business needs
- Build and drive talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
- Help leaders navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining a high-performance culture
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations
What You Bring
- 7+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative, scalable solutions to complex people and organizational challenges
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumen
- Thrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence change, and execute effectively in a rapidly evolving organization
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
