Senior People Partner

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior People Partner to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

About the role

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases including performance issues and investigations
• Provide real-time guidance to managers on employee performance management
• Translate company culture initiatives into actionable business strategies
• Support execution of core HR programs and ensure local adaptation
• Maintain awareness of team dynamics and provide insights to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, HRBP, or Employee Relations (ER) roles
• Strong track record managing complex US-based ER cases
• In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and compliance practices
• Proven coaching skills for managers in sensitive employee situations
• Experience collaborating with Legal and HR leadership on complex cases
• Ability to identify organizational risks and trends
• Experience with hands-on execution of people programs like performance management

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
