About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to supervisors as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
- Respond promptly to emails and messages via various platforms
- Escalate difficult or complex cases to supervisors
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
- Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate course of action
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial
