About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages from customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical support teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial
