Senior People Operations Manager

About the role

This role will shape the operational backbone of the People function, with responsibility for HR programs, systems, and service delivery that support a growing technology organization. The position will partner closely with IT, vendors, and cross-functional leaders to improve processes, strengthen governance, and enhance the employee experience. It will also help define the People technology roadmap and introduce practical AI-enabled solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations programs from scope definition through successful delivery and measurement of outcomes
• Oversee configuration and upgrades of core People technology platforms
• Manage deployments and rollouts in coordination with vendor and IT teams
• Research HR technology trends and develop a People technology roadmap
• Implement AI tools to streamline People Operations processes
• Establish data governance standards and maintain audit readiness
• Design HR support models with clear ownership and service levels

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in People Operations within high-growth technology environments
• Proven owner or administrator experience with HR platforms such as HRIS or ATS
• Experience creating a People technology roadmap and evaluating tools
• Track record of redesigning processes to enhance employee experience
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in adapting workflows
• Experience with structured project management and clear communication approaches
• Established data governance standards and managed compliance programs
