Senior People Business Partner, Sales
About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategy
Partner with newly appointed leaders to assess team structure and performance, and design high performing organizations that scale effectively
Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence business decisions
Build and drive talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound resolutions
Help leaders navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining a high-performance culture
Lead and support organizational transformation work including org design, workforce planning, change management, and operating model evolution
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategy

Requirements
- 6+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience, ideally supporting high-growth GTM or Sales organizations
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders through organizational change, transformation, and scaling challenges
- Demonstrated success leading org design and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendations
- Thrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Pay
Estimated Annual Pay Range $160,000—$200,000 USD
