Senior People Business Partner

This position serves as the Senior People Business Partner for assigned groups, focusing on retention, reducing attrition, and addressing people-related risks through data-informed interventions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Senior People Business Partner for assigned groups, partnering with leaders to improve retention, reduce regrettable attrition, and proactively address people-related risks through data-informed interventions.
Own and execute the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for the assigned teams, including 30/90-day reviews, performance review cycles, and talent planning actions.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, coaching on organizational design, performance, engagement, employee experience, and effective people decision-making.
Lead onboarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day people needs for assigned teams, operating as a hands-on individual contributor closely aligned with business leadership.
Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives by improving processes, scaling programs, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, impact, and cost effectiveness.

HR Business Partnership: Trusted advisor to senior leaders with deep expertise in performance management, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design in fast-scaling environments.
Influence & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build credibility with leaders and executives, provide objective, data-informed guidance, coach leaders, and partner effectively across functions.
Organizational Design & Change Leadership: Leads organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational rigor.
Program Design & Execution: Designs, launches, and scales people programs (performance, engagement, retention) with a strong focus on data, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Expert in managing complex employee relations matters and mitigating risk, with working knowledge of key employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA, and demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, operate efficiently, and execute at speed using G Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
Systems & Tools Enablement: Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people systems to drive efficiency and insights. Experience with BambooHR, CultureAmp, and/or Lattice is preferred, but not required.
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in a People/HR Business Partner role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
Previous experience in conflict management and driving project management and process improvements.
