About the Role

As a member of the People Business Partner team, you’ll partner with leaders, managers, and employees in our Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal organizations to align our people strategy with our business strategy. You will act as a resource and advisor to employees, fostering trust through clear HR processes, developing leadership capability, and offering coaching and support through all phases of the employee lifecycle. You will partner across the broader People team and with internal stakeholders to guide activities including performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations to support a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted, reliable partner for leaders and employees in assigned client organizations.
  • Coach, partner with, and influence senior leadership, including stakeholders with varying needs.
  • Collaborate with peers, socialize work with key stakeholders, and manage change with empathy.
  • Drive innovation while balancing resourcefulness, execution, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Roll up your sleeves and balance strategy with execution.
  • Leverage people metrics and insights to design and execute impactful talent strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
  • Deep HR expertise with a strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging people metrics and insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global, matrixed teams within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Prior experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations.
