About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to their pay and benefits.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
- Manage payroll system updates and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
