Senior Payroll Manager
Job Description
Manage and process U.S. and international payrolls
Coordinate payroll processing with international payroll providers
Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and process documentation
Audit employee records and payroll data within HRIS systems
Research payroll and tax issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Manage payroll-related audits and reporting requirements
Prepare payroll-related financial and operational reporting
Administer stock option plans, including RSUs
Manage equity-related reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of domestic and international payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll across multiple countries
- Experience administering stock option plans and equity-related payroll activities
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS/payroll systems
- CPP certification preferred
- Experience with global payroll platforms preferred
- Knowledge of international payroll compliance requirements preferred
This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
