About the role

Our client in Bethesda, MD (metro accessible) seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to join its dynamic team. The role is hands-on and needs to bring extensive experience navigating complex multi-state and multi-entity payroll in a growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of payroll processing and related functions
• Ensure seamless processing and reporting using ADP Workforce Now (highly preferred)
• Deliver excellent communication and strong dedication to customer service

Qualifications

• Extensive experience navigating complex multi-state and multi-entity payroll
• Experience in all facets of payroll processing
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong dedication to customer service

Pay

Up to $150K + bonus

Schedule

Hybrid, 3 days in office
